How It Works After purchasing our EPL Tips or Euro Tips, kindly email the following information to our members support team: admin@eplmaster.com 1) Name Once the information has been received, and your payments verified by our accounts team, your account will be updated with the new purchases. You will receive a confirmation email, with the balance tips credits in your account. Tips are sent both by SMS text and email, usually by 20:00 (GMT+8). If you do not receive the tips by 21:00 (GMT+8), please contact us via email for urgent delivery. As SMS text are not 100% stable, due to international telco routings, we also send tips by email, so that there will be no confusion. Please check your email inbox by 20:00 (GMT+8) for the latest tips. The SMS text (and email) you receive will contain the following information: 1) Match (home team versus away team) Tips Replacement Policy For the benefit of all our members, we offer 2 option for tips replacement. Option A If the tips purchase ended in a draw or lose (either lose half or lose all), you will receive two (2) replacement tips free by SMS text and email. The tips will be automatically be sent on the following match days, as and when available. If you would like to choose the match(es), please contact us with your instructions. Note: there will be no further replacement tips if the two (2) replacement tips, either lose half, lose all or draw. Option B If the tips purchase ended in a draw or lose (either lose half or lose all), you will receive free replacement tips until the tips win (either win half or win all). The tips will be automatically be sent on the following match days, as and when available, until the tips win. If you would like to choose the match(es), please contact us with your instructions.
